At Box, we offer free next-day delivery on all items! Order before 3pm to quality for free next working day delivery. We aim to process and deliver all orders in the expected delivery timeframes as specified during the checkout process. Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. What's the process of return and replacement?

If your item has developed any faults that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear, and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please simply contact BOX Warranty support at cs@box.co.uk for repairs or exchange.

How many days it will take for the return procedure?

Once we receive your item back at our premises, it may take up to 5 working days to process the return. This could be bit longer during the peak times. Please email us at cs@box.co.uk if you have any questions pertaining your return.

What if my Product is not as described?

In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at cs@box.co.uk with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.

Can I return or get a refund for my order if I have change of mind?

Yes, we offer refund policy to all BOX customers. If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense via Insured (to cover the cost of the goods) & Signed for service within 30 days and we will issue full refund.
