Extended Returns:
We know the festive season can be busy, and sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we’ve extended our returns policy for the holiday period!
For any items ordered online at Box.co.uk between 1st December 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024, you’ll have until Friday 31st January 2025 to return them for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at cs@box.co.uk to request a reference number and return address.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure your items are unused and in original condition, and include all original packaging, internal packaging, contents, and documentation.
Send It Back: To return your item safely, use an insured and signed-for delivery service. We recommend keeping your postage receipt as proof of return.
Please note:
- Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a restocking charge.
- Refunds will only be issued for the product and will not include return shipping costs.
Our standard returns policy will apply if items are returned after 31st January 2025 and were received more than 30 days ago*. For full details, click here to read our returns policy. *The 30-day period begins the day after your items are delivered to your address.
Christmas Delivery Last Orders:
To ensure your gifts arrive on time, our Christmas delivery cut-off is midnight on Friday, 20th December 2024. Make sure to place your orders by then!
Delivery Exclusions
We use a range of trusted delivery services, including DHL, DPD, UK Mail, Royal Mail, Evri, and UPS, depending on your location and the service selected.
Delivery status
We strive to deliver within the quoted delivery period upon accepting your order. If we do not attempt delivery within this period and you've provided a full and correct delivery address, we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect address and we are unable to deliver, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier may attempt another delivery on the next working day available, unless you’ve already rearranged a suitable delivery day. After this period, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods upon receipt back.
Following Your Purchase
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification. If your item is dispatched from one of our distributors, we will manually email you the tracking details. By logging into your account, you can view your order details, including products ordered, order number, delivery address, and status updates. For orders placed as a guest, updates will be provided via email only. If you've ordered a TV, please note that your order will be sent via ArrowXL’s two-person home delivery service and will be trackable using their askAXL tracking portal.
Item not received?
If you do not contact us within 10 days of dispatching the order, it may be too late for us to assist you, as couriers only allow up to 7 days for any delivery dispute. If you receive a damaged parcel, you must report it to us within 3 working days of delivery.
