What's the process of return and replacement?

How many days it will take for the return procedure?

What if my Product is not as described?
In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at cs@box.co.uk with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.
Can I return or get a refund for my order if I have change of mind?
Yes, we offer refund policy to all BOX customers. If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense via Insured (to cover the cost of the goods) & Signed for service within 30 days and we will issue full refund.
