ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQ3B 34 Inch UltraWide Quad HD LED Black computer monitor

Bought for it's claimed benefits for eye care as my daughter uses it mainly for working from home and she suffers eye problems and also claimed reliability and we aren't disappointed so far.

I switched from two regular monitors to this one ultrawide and I am finding it much better to use. At first there was quite bad ghosting but that was either a bedding in, settings or driver problem as that no longer happens. It is worth downloading the software and drivers as it is performing better now. Reflections are okay, diffused but noticeable on a bright day but it's hard to get a monitor that doesn't do that anymore. Colours are good as is the contrast levels, blacks look black, not OLED levels but above average. Very smooth in gameplay so far.

The only major issue is that one edge of the monitor isn't fully curved and looks a little faded and distorted from some angles, it's only slight and about 1cm but still annoying. When you move your head all the way to the side it's fine but obviously you can't view the monitor like that.

Absolutely great monitor for the price.

Easy to set up, colours are pretty accurate and the speakers built in aren't as bad as you'd think.

Comes well packed with UK and EU power plugs, HDMI and Displayport cables and a USB B cable for the USB dock on the monitor.

Outstanding monitor, perfect for my flight simulator. Very vivid colours, optimal refresh rate. It's been a very game changer for the immersion in the simulation experience.

Upgrading from 1080p 27 inch 165hz to this. The size is good for non competitive games and working, you can also change the resolution if you want to play more competitive which is great. Going to 1440p is quite the game changer as you can tell the quality difference. Great buy for the price.
