Unrivaled Wi-Fi SpeedWi-Fi 7, also known as 802.11be, works across all three Wi-Fi bands (2.4, 5 and 6 GHz) to fully utilise spectrum resources. The new standard makes giant strides in throughput, with up to 480% more than previous generations. One of the biggest advancements with the new standard is the introduction of Multi-Link Operation (MLO). This allows routers to combine multiple band frequencies into a single connection between the router and the device, instead of connecting on a single frequency per connection, as with previous generations. Wi-Fi 7 also comes with support for a higher level of QAM, up from 1024 to 4096 (known as 4k-QAM).
