Good Points: Does what I need at a competitive price and is fanless.

Improvement Points: It would have been nice to get a few Poe ports. Although I appreciate it may not have been possible if it needed cooling and one of the benefits with this model is that its silent with no fans

Good Points: Brilliant Size and WebUI is good

Improvement Points: Just remember to save your current config to startup config in the webui, after making changes or wise they will be lost on reboot

Good Points: It is very quiet - silent

No special setup is required, other than changing the device IP address if required.

Price is very competitive compared to other devices

Improvement Points: The price seems expensive, but it is actually very competitively priced.

Good Points: Completely silent, well built, comes with rack mounting kit, supports everything you'd expect from a much more expensive managed switch, supports config file upload, boots quickly.

Improvement Points: The web interface is badly designed (type out a config and upload it instead), the manual is only good for kindling, doesn't have massive CPU/RAM (which is fine for home/lab use, but won't suit big/corporate networks).

Good Points: Worked as a straight switch straight out of the box.

Fast connections.

Silent.

Strong case well built.

Good visual indicators.

Will provide a wide diversity of managed options.

Although I've given it a 10 for reliability, its too early to really rate that aspect.

Value, I've knocked to a 7 due comments under bad points.

Improvement Points: No manual or disc (just a sheet of paper giving a clue how to get into the web interface) - had to go on-line to find a manual.

Manual poorly written and doesn't make any sense. It could do with examples to enable new users to see how things are configured.

User interface not intuitive.and coupled with a rotten manual takes away the potential power of this switch. If you can't understand it, you can't use it to its full potential.

It needs a really well written manual to fulfil its promise.
