Add your chosen product(s) to your basket, then enter your coupon code in the “Promo Code” box at checkout. Click “Apply,” and if the code’s valid, your discount will appear straight away.

Note: You can only use one coupon per order — coupon stacking isn’t available at Box.

Sorry, stacking of codes isn’t currently supported. Only one coupon can be used per order, so pick the one that gives you the best deal.

Each promotion has its own set of steps and terms. To see everything you need to know, click the “Promotions” pop-up on the product page (PDP). You’ll find full details, eligibility info, and claiming instructions there.

Once you’ve made your qualifying purchase, we’ll send your game code or reward straight to the email address used at checkout. This usually happens shortly after your order is dispatched — just remember to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

If it’s been more than a few days and there’s still no sign of your code, double-check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact our friendly customer service team at customerservice@box.co.uk and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
